Craftsy Cakes

Mixing up a batter of cake is not hard, but it can be frustrating if you’re trying to measure out the ingredients. What are 2 cups of flour? What’s the size of the cup I should use? How many tablespoons are in 3/4 cup? It’s all too easy for these measurements to get messed up and the final result (a fluffy, delicious cake) could suffer because of it. Luckily there is an easy solution! For years I have kept on hand my recipes with handy weights listed alongside the traditional measuring units- this made my life so much easier when I was learning how to bake. Now I’m sharing this resource with you so that you can make your baking experience just as enjoyable! I created this baking ingredients conversion chart to help you accurately convert those cups to grams and make sure your cakes, cookies, and pies are measured correctly yielding perfect results. It’s a great resource for bakers or parents who want to bake with their children. The chart includes common baking ingredients like flour, sugar, butter, eggs…etc., and you can always add to it and write in your own ingredient measurements too.
